groupwise spelling and thesaurus

The GroupWise 4.1 folder needs to be removed before running Speller or Thesaurus in GroupWise 5

1. Go into the Internet or Communications folder on your hard drive and trash Groupwise 4.1. After you trash it, empty the trash can.
   
   
2. Restart GroupWise 5 and now Speller should work.
   
   

At some point in time you may need to reselect the dictionary and thesaurus files for GroupWise

1. Go to the Tools menu and select Speller. (Hint: a message window needs to be open for this option to be available)
   
   
2. When the window pops up, click the Dictionary button.
   
   
3. On the next window, look for the dictionary by going through the following folders:
   from the desktop, go into the Macintosh HD -> Internet (or Communications Folder)
   -> Novell GroupWise Folder -> GroupWise Resources -> Languages -> US
   
   
4. Once in the US folder, double-click the USA Dictionary.
   
   
5. Now you can start spell checking the document.
