groupwise view problems

1. GroupWise has a glitch in the viewing of the preference windows. If the following appears when you open the preferences panels, please read on.
   
   
   
   
   
2. The easiest way to fix this (temporarily) is to "force refresh" your screen. The first thing to do is to make sure that the control strip is on the desktop. Most of the time, the control strip is located at the lower left corner of the desktop. It will look like this:
   
   Clicking once on it will extend it, like this:
   
   
   
3. When the control strip is open, look for the square that has the checkerboard on it and click on it.
   
   
   
4. Look for the dot on the left side and select the same option that is already chosen and click once. The screen is going to refresh itself and the following GroupWise preference should look like the way it is supposed to.
